Tigre libre

The soft sweetness of high-quality pilsner malt combined with a hefty dose of corn sets off a light, crisp body in this easy-going Mexican lager. Accented by a zesty lime wedge, this beer is superbly refreshing for kicking back after a long workday, or standing over a blazing grill on a sunny weekend. Pairs perfectly with spicy fare and good times.

Doppelbock

Brewed in collaboration with our friend and prolific beer writer, Denny Conn and the multitalented and much beloved home brewer, Brandt Weaver. This Doppelbock draws outside the lines when it comes to tradition, utilizing a hefty dose of malted Rye; yet maintains the classic underpinnings of the style. Rich, malty, warm bready notes and a touch of spicy intrigue, show that this beer is evidence that innovation and tradition work together in a beautiful way.

racoon Hatch

A modern take on an old-world classic. We used a classic English yeast and traditional ingredients to evoke all our favorite elements of an ESB, but with a slightly brighter floral and citrusy character. Named for the unrealistic fear of Racoons that plagues our Head Brewer.

Kölsch

This German-style Pale Ale was created with all German malts and hops. The subtle aroma has notes of baking bread and pear. The flavor is slightly grainy, with a touch of honey-like sweetness and has a hint of citrus and herbs. The soft malt finish is simultaneously delicate and refreshing. This beer was brewed to celebrate the storied tradition of beer and community. Prost!

cumulus Tropicalus

Fruit forward hop pleasure. A low to balanced bitterness which is true to the style allows for big peach and Tropical candy to assault the nasal passages. A soft rounded malt delivery is bursting with ripe fruits on the tongue. Prepare yourself for a storm of tropical goodness....

skyline DREAMS

Cascade, Amarillo, Azacca, Nelson and Mosaic hops work together expressing a citrusy, earthy and tropical expression. The experience evoked by each crisp sip feels lush yet highly structured. Look for notes of freshly crushed gooseberries, ripe mango, orange juice, lemon zest, soft peach, white grape and bright pine.

Shark biscuit is our rotating; Southern Hemisphere hop experience. Loaded full of some of the most compelling hops from NZ and Australia, this IPA showcases some amazing varietals and our creative balancing of their unique flavors.

inappropriate-Double IPA

The spiritual successor to our Appropriate Pale Ale; InAppropriate Double IPA features the same crisp, unobtrusive malt backbone with the added burst of a truly inappropriate amount of hops. Lakeside Ranch Crystal hops form a subtle base layer of bright red berries and just ripe mango while generous additions of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin contribute an aggressive aroma of gooseberry and blueberry with dank, catty top notes.
